JQSCARF19 - Label Scarf

The Los Angeles Apparel campus consists of multiple warehouses and includes the largest garment manufacturing facility in the US, industrial knitting facilities, creative/photo studios, our global distribution center, retail store, and archive, all located in the historic South Central neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles.

As pioneers in the US garment industry, we’ve introduced concepts decades ago like Sweatshop-Free, environmental sustainability best practices within the fashion industry, and authentic transparency that are now considered ubiquitous today.

Unlike other brands who hire domestic and foreign contractors and consequently have minimal involvement, we oversee every aspect of our production process because we’ve built and operate the factories that produce our products in the heart of the city. We even use US grown cotton grown on farms in California and North Carolina, that's spun into yarn, which we then knit into various fabrics like our heavy weight fleece and jersey.

This scarf was designed in homage of our company's origin in Montreal, Quebec, our current home in the City of Los Angeles.

Who are we? We’re builders, artists, craftspeople, innovators, and forward looking (at times contrarian) future thinkers from all over the world.

They said it couldn’t be done, then redone. But we’re doing it.
